The Horseshoe Gammon Joint is the finest cut from the middle of the gammon. Smaller in size than the traditional gammon but equally as tender and tasty. The bone has been removed to allow for an even shaped ham which is easier to handle and carve.

This is a beautiful cut of meat full of flavour with just the right amount of fat to keep it moist whilst cooking.
